Custom Quilts - Created Just For You!

Looking for a special quilt for a special person but haven't been able to find what you want? Talk with me and I can create a custom quilt to fit your needs!

Here's how it works. I have a large collection of patterns from which you can choose. Any of these patterns can also be modified to meet your needs. Once you have picked out a pattern, it is time to pick your colors. Try to choose one or two colors that you are particularly fond of, or that the person this quilt is being made for is particularly fond of. Your color choices will give me a starting point from which I can design the color layout of your quilt. I may add a color or two to make the quilt top balanced, but I will always verify and approve any and all color choices with you before proceeding. This is, after all, your quilt and it should look the way you want it to.

After we decide on a pattern and agree on materials, I’ll price the materials and prepare a bid letter for your quilt. After you agree and sign my bid letter, I’ll get started.

In order to ensure your quilt is turning out the way you want, I’ll e-mail you digital pictures at negotiable checkpoints throughout the process. Again, since each quilt is unique, each process is unique. We can discuss checkpoints when we discuss patterns.

Material costs and one third of my estimated labor cost is due up front. The remainder of the quilt fee is due upon delivery of the completed quilt. For payment, I accept personal checks, bank drawn checks or money orders. I also accept credit card and debit card payments through PayPal.
